Some states allow up to 120% of the previous year's amount, but exceeding this limit triggers the error.	Resource Envelope चेक करें: सुनिश्चित करें कि आपने 'Fund Allocation' टैब में सही बजट भरा है। Activity Cost कम करें: गतिविधियों की लागत को घटाकर उपलब्ध बजट के बराबर (100%) या निर्धारित सीमा (120%) के अंदर लाएं। Low Cost Activities: "No Cost/Low Cost" एक्टिविटीज़ को शामिल करें जिनका बजट '0' हो। Check Resource Envelope: Ensure the correct budget is entered in the 'Fund Allocation' tab. Reduce Activity Cost: Decrease the cost of activities to match the available budget (100%) or within the allowed limit (120%). Low Cost Activities: Include "No Cost/Low Cost" activities with '0' budget to maintain your project count without increasing cost.
फंड अनुपात (Fund Imbalance)Fund Imbalance	"Tied/Untied Fund ratio mismatch"	15वें वित्त आयोग (XV FC) के नियमों के अनुसार: 50% Tied (25% पानी + 25% स्वच्छता) और 50% Untied (अन्य कार्य)। यदि यह अनुपात सही नहीं है, तो प्लान फॉरवर्ड नहीं होगा।According to 15th FC rules: 50% must be Tied (25% Water + 25% Sanitation) and 50% Untied. If this ratio is incorrect, the plan won't be forwarded.	Ratio सही करें: Tied Grant कुल राशि का ठीक 50% लें। इसमें से आधा (25%) 'Drinking Water' और आधा (25%) 'Sanitation' एक्टिविटी पर लगाएं। शेष 50% Untied कार्यों के लिए रखें। Scheme Mapping: एक्टिविटी बनाते समय सही 'Focus Area' चुनें। Correct Ratio: Tied Grant must be exactly 50%. Allocate half of that (25%) to 'Drinking Water' and half (25%) to 'Sanitation'. Untied Grant gets the remaining 50%. Scheme Mapping: Choose the correct 'Focus Area' when creating the activity.

By rule, at least 25% of your Untied Fund must be spent on activities mapped to this chosen theme.	Sankalp Theme चेक करें: आपने जो थीम 'Sankalp' के रूप में चुनी है, उससे जुड़ी एक्टिविटीज़ प्लान में जोड़ें। Budget Adjust करें: उन एक्टिविटीज़ का कुल बजट Untied Fund के 25% के बराबर या उससे अधिक करें। Check Sankalp Theme: Add activities linked to the theme you selected as 'Sankalp'. Adjust Budget: Ensure the total budget of these activities equals or exceeds 25% of the Untied Fund.
कोई गतिविधि नहीं (No Activity)No Activity	"Plan cannot be forwarded due to no activity available"	यह तब होता है जब आपने प्लान में किसी स्कीम (जैसे XV FC) को चुना है, लेकिन Activity Pool में उस स्कीम के तहत कोई एक्टिविटी रजिस्टर नहीं की है।This occurs when you have selected a scheme (like XV FC) in the plan but haven't registered any activity under that scheme in the Activity Pool.	Register Activity: 'Planning' > 'Activity Pool' > 'Register Activity' में जाएं। Scheme Map करें: नई एक्टिविटी बनाते समय उसे सही स्कीम (XV FC/MGNREGA) और फोकस एरिया से मैप करें। फिर प्लान में जाकर उसे 'Include' करें। Register Activity: Go to 'Planning' > 'Activity Pool' > 'Register Activity'. Map Scheme: Map the new activity to the correct scheme and focus area. Then, go perfectly to your plan and click 'Include'.
प्रोफाइल त्रुटि (Profile Error)Profile Error	"Please update Panchayat Profile"	यदि पंचायत प्रोफाइल, PESA स्टेटस या कमिटी डिटेल्स नए वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए अपडेट नहीं हैं।If Panchayat Profile, PESA status, or Committee Details are not updated for the new financial year.	'Switch Unit' करके Admin Login से 'Panchayat Profile' में जाएं और सभी डिटेल्स (Member, Mission Antyodaya, PESA) को 'Freeze' या अपडेट करें。 Use 'Switch Unit', log in with Admin Login, go to 'Panchayat Profile' and 'Freeze' or update all details (Member, Mission Antyodaya, PESA).
