- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If access is terminated due to a violation of "Acceptable Use", no refund will be issued.

You agree to use PanchayatSetu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PanchayatSetu are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission. User-generated content (e.g., bills) belongs to the user, but we retain a license to process it for the service's operation.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using PanchayatSetu (bills, invoices, documents). However, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to provide our services.
Payment Terms
For premium features and subscriptions:
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure third-party processors
- Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Credits remain valid until expiration
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
Liability & Disclaimers
PanchayatSetu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results from using the platform will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects will be corrected
Important: You are responsible for verifying all generated documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations before official submission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanchayatSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
